Flexible Team Share

Flexible Team Share is a native Salesforce app that gives you full control over how team-based access is extended across your org. It brings teams to records on your terms: you define when, where, and how people collaborate, on any object in your org. The app works by allowing you to associate any record with a team made up of users and roles. Each role grants a specific level of access, such as read, edit, or full control, and the team owner can add or remove members directly. When you assign a record to a team, every team member receives the access defined by their role, automatically. It replaces multi-level sharing rules, redundant permission sets, and bespoke code with a consistent, declarative model that mirrors how people actually work: in teams, with defined responsibilities, managing their own membership. Because the app runs entirely inside Salesforce using native objects, it respects your existing security, integrates with flows and automation, and scales to enterprise volumes.
