Salesforce Strategy & Architecture Advisory

Make the next Salesforce investment with a clear roadmap and senior architecture input. Keep your team and delivery partner aligned as the program evolves.

What decisions should your Salesforce strategy resolve?

Salesforce strategic advisory connects business priorities to the decisions that shape your platform: what to invest in, how systems fit together, and what your team should build next. Tucario works with technology leaders and Salesforce owners to assess options and turn the chosen direction into an actionable roadmap. You can bring us in for a defined planning engagement or recurring architecture input. Your team retains ownership of the program. We help make the trade-offs explicit before they become expensive commitments.

When is advisory the right fit?

Start with the decision your team needs to make. The engagement follows its scope and the people accountable for it.

An investment needs a business case
You are weighing a new Salesforce capability, a major integration or a platform change. Compare the options against business value, dependencies and delivery risk before committing a budget.
Delivery teams need a shared direction
Several teams or partners are changing the same platform. Establish architecture decisions and review points so each release supports the same target state.
You need a fractional Salesforce architect
Senior architecture input is needed regularly, but the work does not require a full-time role. Agree a recurring cadence around the decisions and releases that need review.
Agentforce needs a sound foundation
Before expanding AI use cases, assess the data, access controls and integrations they depend on. Decide what needs attention before a pilot can support business operations.

What will your team take away?

We agree the deliverables against your decision at the start. A strategy or ongoing advisory engagement can include:

Options and a recommendation
A record of the choices considered, their costs and constraints, the recommended direction, and assumptions that still need validation.
A target architecture
A shared view of Salesforce, connected systems and data ownership. Enough detail to align business stakeholders, architects and the delivery team.
A sequenced roadmap
Prioritized work with dependencies, decision points and proposed ownership. Your team can use it to shape the backlog and investment plan.
A working decision process
Design review checkpoints and an architecture decision log. For recurring advisory, these keep the reasoning accessible as people and requirements change.

How does the engagement work?

The scope can be a single decision, a roadmap or recurring design authority. We define the level of involvement before work starts.

Frame the decision
Bring the business objective, current roadmap and the constraints that matter. Together we identify the decisions to resolve and who needs to be involved.
Examine the evidence
Review the relevant architecture, delivery plans and system constraints with your team. Separate known facts from assumptions and missing information.
Agree a direction
Work through the options with the people who own the outcome. Document the rationale, unresolved risks and next actions.
Support the delivery rhythm
For ongoing work, agree review sessions, response expectations and escalation routes. For US and European teams, confirm time-zone overlap during scoping.

Architecture advice grounded in delivery

Our team brings enterprise Salesforce implementation and integration experience to the review. Tucario also builds its own AppExchange products. That practical work informs how we assess maintainability, access control and the consequences of architecture choices.

Questions about Salesforce advisory

Does advisory include implementation?

Implementation is a separate scope. Advisory can support your internal team or an existing partner. If you also need Tucario to build, we agree delivery responsibilities and review ownership explicitly.

Can you work alongside our systems integrator?

Yes. We agree where Tucario provides input, who approves designs and how decisions are shared with your integrator. When Tucario also delivers part of the work, the review arrangement must account for that role.

How much architect time do we need?

That depends on decision volume, system complexity and release cadence. We scope recurring sessions and preparation time together. Daily embedded ownership or operational support requires a different level of commitment.

How is an advisory engagement priced?

The scope depends on the decisions to resolve, systems involved, access needed and expected cadence. We define deliverables and responsibilities before proposing the commercial terms. The first conversation helps establish that scope.

What is the next decision your team needs to make?

Tell us what you need to decide, who is involved and what is already underway. The first conversation will help identify the scope and evidence needed for a useful recommendation.
